These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of channelletterdesignstudio.com and the configurator tools offered on it (the “Service”), operated by Channel Letter Design Studio (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides browser-based parametric configurators that generate 3D sign models from parameters you choose. Models and outputs are design aids: you are responsible for verifying dimensions, engineering, code compliance, and suitability for fabrication before manufacturing or installing any sign.
2. Accounts and seats
Each plan covers one named user. Your login is personal and may not be shared. Organizations with multiple people using the Service concurrently must purchase a seat for each user; contact us for team pricing. We may suspend accounts that show evidence of credential sharing.
3. Fair use
Plans include unlimited interactive use by one person. Automated, scripted, or bulk model generation, scraping, reselling access, or embedding the Service elsewhere is not permitted. Because each configuration consumes third-party compute resources, we may throttle, contact, or in serious cases suspend accounts whose usage falls far outside normal interactive patterns. We will always attempt to contact you before suspending an account for usage reasons.
4. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Day passes are one-time purchases that expire 24 hours after purchase and do not renew. Prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice.
5. Refunds
If the Service doesn’t work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll make it right or refund you. Renewal payments and day passes that have been used are generally non-refundable, but reach out — we’re reasonable.
6. Your designs and saved states
You own the sign designs you create. Saved design states are stored by our 3D platform provider and expire automatically if unused for 6 months; we recommend exporting anything you need long-term. We are not responsible for expired or lost saved states.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party infrastructure and is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify features over time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, active subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid, unused time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including fabrication costs, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on generated models.
