What do I need to run the configurator?
Just a modern web browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari — on any reasonably recent computer. There’s nothing to install and no CAD license required.
What do I get out of the configurator?
Every design is a true parametric 3D model you can inspect from any angle in the browser. When it’s ready, export the 3D model and 2D vector drawings for customer approvals, quoting, and production planning. As with any design tool, verify final dimensions and code compliance before fabrication.
Which channel letter styles are supported?
The configurator covers multiple construction styles — including front-lit, reverse (halo-lit), and open-face letters — with real fabrication parameters for returns, trim, and illumination. New styles are added over time, and subscriber requests drive the roadmap.
Can I use my own fonts or a customer’s logo?
Yes — enter your text and pick a font and size from the built-in library, or upload custom artwork such as logos and custom letter shapes. Either way, the configurator turns it into a production-ready channel letter model.
Is there a limit on how many signs I can configure?
No hard cap — your plan includes unlimited interactive use. The one thing we ask: the configurator is built for hands-on design work, so automated, scripted, or bulk model generation isn’t permitted, and we may reach out or throttle access if an account’s usage falls far outside normal shop patterns.
Can my whole team share one subscription?
Each plan covers one named user, so a shop with multiple people using the configurator at the same time should have a seat for each. A two-person shop just needs two individual plans; discounted team pricing starts at 3 seats — contact us to set it up.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes — the $49 Day Pass gives you 24 hours of full access with no subscription and no renewal. It’s also handy for shops that only need the configurator occasionally.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active through the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions run for the full year and simply don’t renew if cancelled. Day passes expire on their own after 24 hours.
What happens to my saved designs?
Saved design states live in your account so you can pick up where you left off. States untouched for 6 months expire automatically, so export anything you want to keep long-term.
Will there be configurators for other sign products?
Yes — channel letters are the first of a growing library. Some future configurators may be included with existing plans and others offered as separate subscriptions, but active subscribers always get first access and preferred pricing, and subscriber requests drive the roadmap.
