Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This policy describes what information Channel Letter Design Studio (“we,” “us”) collects when you use channelletterdesignstudio.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you create an account or purchase access, we collect your name, email address, billing address, username, and records of your subscriptions and transactions. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you submit. When you save a design, we store the design name and its state ID with your account. Like most websites, our hosting platform also collects standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser information for security and analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the Service: managing your account and subscription, processing payments, granting access to the configurator, storing your saved designs, responding to inquiries, and sending transactional emails such as receipts and renewal notices. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing email without your consent.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers to run the Service: Stripe for payment processing, WordPress.com (Automattic) for website hosting, MemberPress software for membership management, and ShapeDiver for 3D model computation — your configurator sessions and saved design states are processed on ShapeDiver’s platform. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the site to function — keeping you logged in, remembering your session, and processing checkout. Our hosting platform may set analytics cookies to help us understand site traffic in aggregate.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account exists and as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can view and update your details anytime on your account page. You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us; we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, and we honor those requests.

Changes and contact

If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll update the date above and note the change on this page. Questions? Use our contact form.
